Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation: If for any reason you need to cancel or change your appointment, We ask out of consideration for both business and other clients, to please notify 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, and that you have confirmation from Lauren Jewel Aesthetics that the business has received the cancellation notice. We understand life gets hectic and things come up; however, if you are unable to cancel your appointment or no show, there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service. This will be drafted from the card number given. If the card is declined there will be an additional non-refundable $25 fee applied to your account that must be paid before rescheduling any future services.
Rescheduling after a 48 notice is considered a cancellation. 

Rescheduling Deposit / New client deposit: If you reschedule your appointment, you must give a $25 deposit to reserve the future appointment and is not refundable if you have to reschedule again. You will also have to pay the cancellation fee as well. If we feel that cancellations and or reschedules are recurring and interfering with the business, we have the right to not serve you as our client.
The business booking system that we use sends out a reminder at the time of booking, 72 hours before your appointment, 48 hours before your appointment and 24 hours before your appointment. There is plenty of time to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.
