Before
Before a facial appointment, avoid using any topicals that thins the skin like retinol's or retinoids. Also avoid using any exfoliate for 72 hours before your treatment!

Aftercare
After your facial, try to avoid makeup for 24 hours. No scrubs or exfoliating for 72 hours. Stay out from direct sunlight and sunbathing for 48 hours. Drink plnety of water and continue your skincare routine unless directed otherwise.
